The staff at reception were excellent, creating lasting customer experiences. Amongst the best I have experienced so far. very clean.

The rooms were quite noisy. I could hear all staff and guest movements from the corridors and adjacent rooms.

I always book with Savoy whenever my family and I are in the city of Dubai, and what I appreciate it is the friendly, professional environment in the hotel. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and they do their best to accomadate and requests you might have.

I cant say, there is something I didnt like; the unit was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were professional. It doesnt get any better than that !

The location is good and convenient,with lots of shops and services in the area. The room is spacious and the pool area is nice. The staff is nice and accommodating.

The wifi is barely usable which in 2025 is not acceptable anymore. There is lots of noise from the street and the windows are not really isolating it much so its hard to sleep.

We love everything about the hotel, from the staff, services, facilities, rooms and extended support. We arrived in the morning and were prepared to wait until check-in time, but they allowed us to check in as early as 9:00 am, saying the room was ready. The Filipina staff, Lerma (if I remember it right) was the one who mainly assisted us. She upgraded our room. The things we requested for our room were immediately delivered, and even the technical assistance we had requested to explain the operation of the washing machine came fast. This is not all, I had informed them that my niece, who was with us, would have her birthday. They had given a birthday cake with balloons when we were having our breakfast. The staff really exerted efforts to make the birthday greeting really special, and did not charge anything! They are really amazing and commendable! I offered to pay for the cake, but they said it was free.

The breakfast is mostly the same, consisting of Indian food. I hope there can be more varieties, but there was something to eat to enjoy the breakfast.

Wifi is spotty

Everything was just awesome. Location, food, hotel amenities, room size, everything. Even the front desk peoples, housekeeping , the security persons all are very polite and very helpful. Special thanks to Ahmed for his kind assistance

Room comfort , housekeeping and specialty the location. You will get all Asian cuisine on walking distance. Even the mosque.

Staff was very friendly and polite, room was very clean and breakfast was great as well

The whole staff was comforting, respectful and had great attention to our requests. Most definitely a great experience.

Our stay was from 3rd August 2025 to 12th August 2025.- The location was perfect for us because we like busy neighborhoods. Everything you need to buy is just a few meters away.- The place was very clean and regularly cleaned during our stay.- The staff deserve the highest rating possible. They were very friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips to enjoy our holiday.- Breakfast was also good, with plenty of variety. Special thanks to the chef!- The rooms are generally good, though some items are clearly not recent/modern. Overall, it’s a great family-friendly hotel, and I’d book it again without hesitation.

A few things they could improve on:- The rooms are generally soundproof. You don't hear anything from outside or neighboring rooms. However, the doors aren’t. Since it’s a family hotel, you might be woken up if kids are playing in the hallway.- Bathrooms are clean, but you may notice a few spots here and there. A stronger detergent could help.- During our stay, the rooftop pool wasn’t operational. The hotel did provide a free ride to another location, but we would have preferred to just walk out of our room and go straight to the rooftop pool. Just like an on-facility gym.That said, we were overall very happy. Great value for money, and we’d definitely stay here again.

In fact, this hotel was fantastic, I enjoyed it, and I have started telling everybody to please try Savoy Central Hotel Apartment. All the staff , front desk, restaurant, cleaners, and the Security department were so good, respectful , and ready to help anytime . I give kudos to Miss Lema, the front desk staff were so good and they are ever ready to help. I also enjoyed the room, the kitchen, the laundry machine were all standard, the sauna, and the steaming room were super neat to their swimming pool . I give them 100% . My 8 days stay was excellent.

I had an amazing experience staying at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious with ample options to choose. Location is very convenient. Service was excellent. The hotel is situated in a prime area, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless every day, and the front desk was always helpful with any questions or requests I had. Special Thanks to staff for celebrating my daughter's B'Day with Surprise Cake. Overall, I highly recommend Savoy Central Hotel Apartments.

Gyms not working , they offer me to visit near center but unfortunately the time was limited

Mr Ahmad from the reception was exceptional, helpful and friendly. He made our check in so smooth and gave us a warm welcome. He helped us in every way possible throughout our stay and always gave us the best!Vinod from housekeeping who took care of our room was the most diligent, dedicated worker I've ever encountered. Did great cleaning and restocked our necessities daily without fail.Gym was so good all equipment, clean and niceRoom is very spacious! Bigger than how it look in the room. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay :(

I stayed there with my family for 3 days, coming from Cananda. The location is good and all the amenities are there. The hotel is very clean. ALL the staff, especially Kirti and Mohamad, were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were spacious but outdated. Kids loved the afternoon snack time which was offered by the hotel free.

The rooms are outdated. The breakfast very well organized and clean with limited variety but I found it to have more foods geared towards Indian and Pakistani. There is room for improvement in variety. Also, compared with other hotels, this hotel is limited when it comes in shuttle service. For example, no airport shuttle. Also swimming pool didn't have canopy for hot and sunny days to provide a shade.

Location is good, nearby market and restaurants.

Rooms are not soundproof even normal voices can be heard in the rooms.

Excellent Hotel staff, Property, Nice and well maintained facility. Decent crowd in the hotel. Value for money.
